COMBINED SURGERY IN A PATIENT WITH INTRACARDIAC LEIOMYOMATOSIS: A CLINICAL CASE

Highlights Intravascular leiomyoma with heart extension is a rare occurring condition. According to the available data, number of cases does not exceed 30 despite many years studies. Often cardiac hospitals cannot establish clinical picture, so surgeon removes only tumors, which inevitably leads recurrence tumor after few months. Abstract Leiomyomatosis an extremely disease that occurs in women childbearing age. The development malignant preceded by removal uterine fibroids or hysterectomy. Radical surgery guarantees complete absence relapses, while partial relapses third cases. We performed reoperation on 35-year-old patient who underwent right atrium but 3 months later had causing severe obstruction heart.
